ARM works together with community leaders, pastors and locals from different tribes for peace and reconciliation training.  Every year our teams from the U.S. travel to Africa to provide training because many of these local pastors have a limited education and lack the knowledge that they need to minister to their congregations. They also experience problems working together as men and women of God as they've divided themselves along the lines of their denominations. So, year after year our teams train 400+ pastors to help rescue many lives being lost from the different tribal conflicts.

Through Spiritual Discipleship, our pastors are trained to be local “Ambassadors of Peace” to help bring this broken community toward unity and reconciliation, teaching others about the life-changing power of the love of God.
