Our Mission at ARM

The mission of African Relief Ministries or A.R.M is to pursue the physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of those who have been or are living in the war-torn region of Southern Sudan African regions. Those displaced or living in refugee camps in other countries of Africa, too. While A.R.M assists all Africans regardless of race, gender, religious beliefs or ethnicity, special attention is given to providing educational programs and spiritual guidance to widows, orphans and their families with water, food, clothing and basic medical necessities so they can have a brighter future and tomorrow.

The ARM organization strives to provide a nurturing environment whereby these impoverished Africans are provided opportunities to achieve their full potential. The organization attempts to:

  • Develop, promote, and sustain programs that meet basic human needs consisting of food, shelter, faith & education
  • Establish partnerships that advance self-sufficiency and education
  • Advocate for peace and human rights in Gambela, Ethiopia, and other regions of Africa
  • Help the African communities in the U.S. not only to help themselves, but also to provide support and assistance to their families remaining in these regions within Africa.
